Directions: Wet your hair and the bar, then either rub the bar directly onto your hair and scalp, or create a lather with your hands and apply. Thoroughly massage the lather into your scalp and hair, then rinse well. Follow with Conditioner Bar. Also safe to use on the face and body.

This is the best shampoo bar I have tried. It lathers well, smells great, and lasts. For me, my scalp gets itchy after using the standard over the counter brands, so I try to never run out of this!
